Outlaw Family Band from Chicago probably deserve a weekday spot and the full treatment but for now and until they release their Jay Bennet produced debut I’m going to keep it brief. This 12 song debut is being recorded as we speak and features 10 originals and 2 covers (Townes Van Zandt and Blaze Foley). Besides producing, Jay Bennet is adding musical flourishes as well.
