A couple from Faris Nourallah from his new "best of" disc on Green Ufo

I am so impressed with the Nourallah Brothers, both Faris And Salim. I’ve tried to write about eveything they’ve ever done (and no I’m not related) (here, here, and here). Faris has a “best of” of sorts out on the spanish label Green Ufo’s called Near The Sun: The Best songs Of Faris Nourallah.

    Excellent post and good to see the Nourallah bros getting some exposure! I used to live in Dallas, Texas and talked with Salim numerous times while CD shopping. He was supplementing his income by working at CD World in Addison Texas but obviously his true passion and vocation is his music. Exremely talented guys who have gone seperate ways career wise. Salim’s latest Beautiful Noise is awesome!

    It looks like the track is “A Famous Life”–the first track on the album.
