Villain Records, a very small label in Dublin, has released the debut record from Michael Knight. Titled Youth Is Wasted On The Young the songs I’ve heard stradle the fence between retro 60′s pop and Belle and Sebastian flavored indie pop.
There’s a way to order this through the Dublin record store Road Records, I imagine it’ll be a pain but you’re up for a challenge when it comes to hard to find music, right!? Here’s two from this debut released toward the end of 2005 and flying way beneath the radar.
