Sumner Brothers – Streaming new album “I’ll Be There Tomorrow” (Sept 15)

The Sumner Brothers from Canada have been flying under the radar for too long. This is only their second official release but they have been touring and releasing music since 2007. They really are one of the preeminent americana acts in the country. They have the added ability of being able to easily switch gears between raucus punk songs (“Toughest Man In Prison”) to something soft and tender (like the cover of Townes’ “Colorado Girl”). The new record is called I’ll Be There Tomorrow and comes out September 15th. You can pre-order it here now.

Hopefully today’s posts by HearYa, Slowcoustic, Ninebullets, Herohill and You Crazy Dreamers will get them the attention they deserve.
